I've downloaded it, started, closed the tip window, dragged a screenshot
file from the desktop on the frame around into about every control, got a
few partial dragging highlights redraw glitches (but none at the wrong
position, only just partially drawn or not erased when leaving)

so I assume I'm not running on the correct wxPython, can I find out which
one is used when running chandler ?
