Summary: Calling Show() fires EVT_MOVE

Initial Comment:

Hello,

On GTK, calling Show() on any frame window, especially
if the window is already shown, fires a move event to
the window, even though the window has not moved.

Please see attached demo app.

All the best,
Ben

Can't reproduce with 2.8 branch or trunk, presumably fixed.
