[wxMac] Core graphics

Hello,

is it mandatory in the trunk version to compile with core graphics?

These settings do not seem to work anymore:

#ifndef wxUSE_GRAPHICS_CONTEXT
#define wxUSE_GRAPHICS_CONTEXT 0
#endif

#define wxMAC_USE_CORE_GRAPHICS 0
