yes, I've started an implement it, but then stumbled over a problem of
important missing events - because I didn't have a proper toplevel carbon
event connecter setup so the implementation is too limited now - that's
where the new intermediate class in trunk wxNonOwnedWindow comes to rescue,
but I haven't yet found the time to move things to that class, so that they
can be shared for popup win as well
