no, but I'm running the latest development releases of 10.5.2, and it
doesn't crash there, it is the same with quite a few other bug reports I've
gotten under Leopard, and since 10.5.2 is a +400 MB update with about 130+
bugs fixed, so if it will be running correctly under 10.5.2 in your setup, I
won't be spending time finding workarounds for 10.5.1

I've removed a lot of code in trunk as we have a 10.4 minimum, also trying
to get rid of quickdraw code wherever possible, so I'd really suggest
suspending the hunt until after 10.5.2 gets out ...
