as the Shape sample ran correctly under my development builds for 10.5.2, I
didn't dive further, I just hope they'll release 10.5.2 soon, so that you
can do a regression testing on that

the current popup implementation is very minimal, not suited for most
purposes, so I think it is best when this stays at 0 at the moment
