it's not just the PDF docs - _none_ of the contents of the
wxWidgets-SVN-{CHM,HLP,HTB,HTML,PDF}-<date>.zip archives has been
re-generated since october (so re-building these archives each night is
really just a waste of disk space - and bandwith, if anybody downloads
them thinking they've been updated)
