[svn head] 'configure' broken due to bakefile update

Hi,

as of this morning the configure script is broken; it contains the lines:

	BAKEFILE_BAKEFILE_M4_VERSION="0.2.2"
	...
	BAKEFILE_AUTOCONF_INC_M4_VERSION="0.2.3"

which leads to this error:
configure: error: Versions of Bakefile used to generate makefiles (0.2.3) and configure (0.2.2) do not match.

AFAICT the culprit is build/aclocal/bakefile.m4 which has not (yet) been updated
to reflect the recent switch to bakefile 0.2.3
