Initial Comment:
This patch adds documentation for IndexForItem() and AddAt() functions for a wxSortedArray.

It also fixes some typos:
**example of WX_DEFINE_SORTED_ARRAY
**Add() for a wxSortedArray

and adds more information about #include <wx/arrimpl.cpp>
