wx-config --ld patch for 2.8

Is it intended that at least the part of this patch:
	https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=309863&aid=1815361&group_id=9863
that affects wx-config --ld will be applied to the 2.8 branch in SVN?

I try to keep up to date with patches in the 2.8 branch and need this for my development.  It isn't a big issue, I'm currently using my own patched copy but it would be good to know that this would make it into 2.8 as well as TRUNK.
