Summary: Assert failure with wxToolbar on Leopard

Initial Comment:
"../src/mac/carbon/toolbar.cpp(895): assert 'count == 1' failed in ~wxToolbar(): Reference Count of native control was not 1 in wxToolbar destructor"

This happens when destroying a toolbar on Mac OS X 10.5, e.g. when closing the toolbar sample window. Does not happen with 10.4.9. Tested on 10.5 with 2.8.6 and 2.8 svn branch.
