Summary: Flatnotebook hangs Linux machines, shows a resize cursor
Initial Comment:
version: wxPython 2.7.2
OS : Fedora Core 5 and other Linuxes
Not reproducible on OSX or Windows.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch the FlatNotebook demo
2) click back and forth quickly with the notebook tabs a the bottom of the new window. Optionally click-hold (for click-and-drag) to reorder tabs.
3) Machine displays "resize" cursor and will not return control to user. For all intensive purposes, it hangs.
The only ways to stop this are to login remotely from another machine and kill the process or reboot the machine.
For all intensive purposes, this makes FlatNotebook unusable on Linux.

See case 1694822 for reordering "Segmentation Fault".

Tested "reordering" FlatNotebook panels with 2.8.3 demo on FedoraCore5.
Getting better. Now getting just a "Segmentation Fault" instead of a
machine hang.

Segmentation fault
Note: Present workaround is to disable the "Drag-n-Drop" reordering
functionality in the FlatNotebook.
