Should wxDbConnectInf.useConnectionStr be documented?

Hi, ALL,
This variable is referenced in the code (2.8.1, MSW),
but never used anywhere other than in wxDbConnectInf::SetConnectionStr(),
which is not documented.
And this function is public.

Should we document it?
