 I disagree. I did think about MaxSize but this is really hard max size,
i.e. the user can't resize the window to be bigger than this size while
under Mac the user can resize the "maximized" window to be bigger (and I
remember that I did all the time with Finder windows which never were quite
as big as I wanted them).
