AUI refuses to dock anything when mouse buttons are swapped for left hand mouse users. In Windows, try switch buttons in Control Panel | Mouse.

I believe this bug has been fixed (fairly recently).  It should be closed
out unless it can be reproduced in the latest svn builds.
