I'll look at the docs and see if there is a way to do both plain text 
and HTML, although if I remember correctly that would require the diff 
to be run twice...

It is a colored diff.  Also there are links from the files to that 
file's diff further down the message, so it is easy to jump to exactly 
what you are interested in.
