The big problem with hosting at Google is that they only allow projects
that use one of a fairly small set of licenses, and the wx license is
not on the list. It seems that they are making a political statement
about the number of FLOSS licenses:

There's apparently a bug in the software I'm using to manage the site.
In the area for managing the users for the virtual servers (including
SVN users) it always down-cases the names, although it does keep the
uppercase names in another part of the software. I've logged a report
with the software developers, and they've been fairly responsive in the
past so we'll see.
