Summary: Vertical scrollbar messed up if no status bar.

Initial Comment:
If I have a vertical scrollbar, but no status bar, the vertical scrollbar is messed up.  Specifically, you can't see the bottom scroll arrow.

I have attached code and .png demonstrating the problem.  I have only tested this on the Mac.
