Summary: Alpha mask corrupted for wxCursor created from a PNG file

Initial Comment:
A wxCursor created from a PNG file smaller than 32x32 (the PNG file is read into a wxImage then passed to the wxCursor ctor() ) displays a corrupted alpha mask. 
PNG files bigger than 32x32 don't see their alpha mask mangled though.
