Initial Comment:
I added a wxListCtrl inside a wxGridBagSizer.

While resizing the wxFrame the wxListCtrl receives Size Events ONLY when its width/height is increased. When I tried to decrease the size of the wxFrame, wxListCtrl kept its last size.

This doesn't occur by using a wxBoxSizer.

On Win32 works.

Tested on iMac.
