Summary: (wxMSW 2.8.0) wxGetSingleChoice does not resize as expected

Initial Comment:
When resizing vertically a wxGetSingleChoice window, the buttons' sizer get expanded, not the one containing the list. It worked as expected in wxMSW 2.6.3.

wxWidgets 2.8.0 Release/Unicode compiled with MSVC 2003, with wxUSE_MEMORY_TRACING and wxUSE_STL options enabled.
