Summary: wxListCtrl with wxALL and wxLC_REPORT

Initial Comment:
wxListCtrl does not work properly if created with wxALL and wxLC_REPORT at the same time. It's impossible to set the text of the colums (apart from the first). When removing wxALL wxListCtrl works as expected. I'm using wxGTK btw.
