wxMSW: disabled menuitems bitmaps are NOT being grayed out. When a menuItem is disabled the bitmap is NOT being grayed out. It seems to be a problem that existed in all the 2.6 releases and in the current CVS head.
I have a patch that I will be uploading in a hour or so.
I used a modified samples/menu.cpp to reproduce the bug and to test my patch.
