2.8.1, 2, ...?

 Hi (Julian),

 I'm a bit confused by the recent comments: do you really think we should
redo 2.8.1 or maybe 2.8.1.1 or 2.8.2 or ...? I don't really understand what
the problem is with the menu separators but doesn't it only manifest itself
with the owner drawn menu items? At least I do see the separators just fine
even before your latest fix. And if we want to fix the owner drawn items,
we really must fix the menu bitmaps alignment too, which makes me think it
would rather be a task for 2.8.2.
