Initial Comment:
I'm using popup menu for a wxPanel or a wxWindow (wxPython) "xx.PopupMenu(myMenu) or xx.PopupMenu(myMenu, point)".
It is working on XP and Win2000, but on WinNT the menu is not showing.

Is this a bug or are you not supporting NT anymore?
