Summary: AuiMDIParentFrame crashes

Initial Comment:
1. Run AuiMDIParentFrame.py (attached file)

2. Press a lot of time Ctrl-N

3. Select Window -> Close All
(only one child win is gone, but the C part of all the children windows are gone)

4. Try to switch to another child win by clicking in its title or try to create a new one

BOOM!!!
