honestly I must say that the patch uses <define-global-tag> feature of bakefile 
which contains a bug in bakefile 0.2.1 which has been fixed in SVN.

I don't think this should be a big problem however: a new release of bakefile is 
coming soon and for the users of wx CVS HEAD probably it's not a problem to use 
the bakefile SVN until the new version is out, if they really want to rebake...
