I updated after your commit whilst trying to fix the other build problem
I have. I've just rebuilt both mswin (mingw cross) and gtk2 wxWidgets
build trees anyway from scratch and the svn revision is 50944.

The GTK2 version of my app compiles fine but the mswin version does not,
with the same undefined symbols.
