[DnD] unknown bug state

There is a bug with D&D if a file from a extern application is droped on 
a wx-app. For detailes see here:

My problem is that I patched the DnD sample to reproduce the error.
But no one told me if he can reproduce the error, too?
And what is about this bug and does somebody work on its fixing?

My project stops because of this bug. DnD just didn't work!

Can somebody give me a feedback about it?
