In the wxPython tarball contains following file with a restrictive license:

wxPython-src-2.8.3.0/contrib/samples/applet/monitors.c

1. It was SciTech themselves who put that file in our CVS so I presume
that implies permission to redistribute.

2. It has already been removed in the CVS HEAD (2.9 branch) so either way
this is now a non-issue
