Platforms:
  Seen on Fedora Core 5 (and on previous wxPython versions)
  Not seen on OS X

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Run demo->FlatNotebook.py

Example:
[sbrew at fedorabrew demo]$ python FlatNotebook.py
wx.version: 2.8.3.0 (gtk2-unicode)
pid: 2526
