Summary: crash when quicky reordering Flatnotebook tabs

Initial Comment:
Identified on latest wxPython release 2.8.3.0 on Fedora Core 5.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch demo->Flatnotebook
2) drag-click quickly on the tabs at the bottom, alternating between them.  Do this about a dozen times.  
3) Crash. Segmentation fault
