Initial Comment:
Compiling on Mac and including wx/dragimag.h, and having wxHAS_NATIVE_OVERLAY defined, I get an "Unused parameter" warning in wx/generic/dragimgg.h. This patch prevents this warning by changing the scope of #ifdef.
