Initial Comment:

Updates keycode.tex based on keycodes in defs.h:

- Adds WXK_ALT.
- Removes duplicate WXK_PAGEUP and WXK_PAGEDOWN.
- Adds comment about keycodes not being compatible with
unicode characters.
