In general fine for me since it doesn't add extra binary code however I'll
still be 'cruel' ;) adjusting every piece of code I'll see to use wxBK and
wxBookCtrl for convenience of phone developers (with exceptions to richtext
dialogs as long as Julian saves time for development using his DB).
