Initial Comment:
Hi guys. 
in wx2.7.1 wxFileName::DirExists() return internal
wxFileName::DirExists( GetPath() ). 
Shouln't it rather return wxFileName::DirExists(
GetFullPath() )
In 2.6.3 it did.
