Summary: No calendar control visible in the calendar sample (wxOS2)

Initial Comment:
I have the current wxWidgets CVS version compiled with
OpenWatcom 1.5 on OS/2.

The calendar sample, too, compiles fine, and starts up
fine, but the calendar itself never becomes visible.
Please see the attached screenshot.

There are no assertion failures or any indications of
errors as far as I can tell.

And yes, I'm only experimenting with wxOS2 "just for
fun", so not seeing the calendar is not a serious
problem for me.
