Summary: OSX Dynamic splitter no longer has feedback in help sample

Initial Comment:
1. run osx-build of the help sample
2. click on the bobble of the splitter and drag
3. >> there is no visible feedback (in 2,5,3 there was dynamic 
feedback the views changed their appearance as you dragged)
