Summary: OSX height of standard text entry fields is too high

Initial Comment:
All the standard single line text entry fields in the OSX builds of the wx 
samples are a few pixels too high. I attach a screenshot of the text 
entry dialog from the dialogs sample. 

You can see this from
1. run osx-build of dialogs
2. dialogs>entry dialogs>text entry
3. >> text field is too high

You can contrast it with
1. Launch System Preferences
2. Click on “accounts”
3. >> Look at the height of the password entry fields.
