Summary: OSX List in ArtProv does not show other icons

Initial Comment:
1. Run osx-build of ArtProv (2.7.1)
2. File>Resources Browser
3. >> The list does not show any icons c.f. wx 2.6.3
4. Click on different items on the list
5. >> The icon in the dialog does not change as you click on different 
items in the list

I have attached a screen shot - no icon in the list and the selected icon 
is incorrect.
