Summary: wxToolBar does not size correctly.

Initial Comment:
After Using AddTool in wxGTK-2.7.1 Test release the
wxToolbar class does not size correctly after using
AddTool.  I am resorting to manually setting the window
size, but then the parent window is larger than the
buttons.
