Summary: PopupCtrl Demo incorrectly locks out Mac users

Initial Comment:
In the latest wxPython Demo (and a couple versions 
back, I guess), the PopupControl demo brings up a 
MessagePanel that claims, "Sorry. This demo currently 
fails on the Mac." This is incorrect. By removing the 
platform check and running the modified code, I can't 
see what the problem is. It works well.

Mac OS X Tiger on an Intel Mac, Python 2.4.3, wxPython 
Unicode 2.6.3.3.
