Summary: Default icon name change needs further work and documentatio

Initial Comment:
he name of the default icon has changed in 2.7.0, it 
started with 'wx' before but now is called bICON. 
Under Windows (and maybe other OSs) the icon 
displayed for the app is the one with the lowest 
alphabetical name.

This should be better documented so that people know 
that their icons need to start with something earlier 
in the alphabet than bICON.

The example programs need to be updated so that the 
icons display correctly.
