Initial Comment:

STEP:
1. split the frame to 2 windows,
2. create a box sizer(vertical) on one panel of the 2.
3. add some widgets to the sizer
4. Max. the Frame
5. drag the the split line to the orientation of the
box sizer
6. doule click the title of the Frame to restore.
7. the widgets in the box sizer will be displayed terribly.
