OK, just thought that wx 2.8 wasn't due out until mid next year or so...
I assume that Apple will ship it in unicode-debug again, or any changes
?

Think I will let you guys sort that out, and stick with wx 2.6 for a
while.
BTW:
The PKG could install in /usr instead of as a framework, that's no
problem.
It seems like /Library/Receipts needs admin priviledges anyway, to
install.
Alternatively one could ditch the package and just do a wx.framework
dir,
that the user could move to /Library/Frameworks or ~/Library/Frameworks
?
Can pick this up again later, and I'll do the old release up meanwhile.
