[wx-dev] web site: font size weirdness

For me both Firefox and IE shows 'normal' sizes in brackets on top "(add-on
code repository)" and small in brackets "(Please be sure to follow the
wxWidgets coding guidelines.)". Looks strange.

In Firefox link "Latest changes in the CVS" has largest font size on page but
it seems to be content of "Developer Resources" section.
