[wx-dev] removing samples/*/makefile.unx

I just checked in code to generate makefile.unx files for the samples. 
I tested that all the makefiles can be generated and that at least 
some of them work, but I didn't check if all the samples work and I 
didn't re-commit all makefile.unx files either (I have to leave now). 
It's done using the "gnu" format and the wxpresets, so it servers as 
a test of the presets as well.
