Two recent changes in include/wx/choicebk.h

Hi!

I really wonder what is prefered solution in two recent Vadim (1.9->1.10) and
Robin (1.10->1.11) commits. Do we prefer to have short functions in classes
regardless #includes or do we prefer to move them to .cpp if they require
additional #include ? I know we have less and less non pch builds but they still
exists and they are often (like for our own samples) turned off.
