I downloaded 1.104 from :
http://cvs.wxwidgets.org/viewcvs.cgi/wxWidgets/src/msw
/button.cpp

and still got the same errors :

Error E2357 ..\..\src\msw\button.cpp 856: Reference 
initialized with 'wxString',
 needs lvalue of type 'wxString' in function 
wxButton::MSWOnDraw(void * *)
Error E2342 ..\..\src\msw\button.cpp 856: Type
