Release schedule, bug days

  Hi all,

if we still to plan to aim at a release this
year - and possibly a stable Mac version by as
soon as September, then we should probably
announce that, begin a bugfixing phase, limit
new features, have bug-fixing days etc.

And if September is still in the planning,
then all this should start soon, I think.

It is quite clear that certain features will
be experimental or totally unfinished such
as wxDataViewCtrl on anything but GTK+ and
probably the new wxGraphics API on anything
but OSX. We can declare them WIP - and having
them work on one platform is bettem than 
nothing.
